If you’re unsure about whether your specific insurance plan includes coverage for bariatric surgery, an excellent first step is to determine the specific requirements mandated by your insurance company. Submit your insurance information to discover the precise steps you need to take!
Your insurance benefits and eligibility will be reviewed with you during your consultation with our office. We are unable to provide benefits information over the phone or email.
Every insurance plan is different. Even if your insurance does not cover bariatric surgery, it may cover a portion of the testing or visits required. We offer a comprehensive self-pay program for those whose insurance does not cover the procedure.
